On February 2, 2024, Oregon Telephone Corporation ("Company") notified the Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") that it had changed its name to Oregon Telephone
Corporation d/b/a Rally Networks and requested to change its name on its Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity ("CPCN") to reflect this change. The Company asserted that this
change was made solely for branding purposes in bringing various operations under the same
brand. If granted, this change would be reflected on CPCN No. 536. The Company was granted
CPCN No. 536 in Commission Order No. 35430 in Case No. ORT-T-22-01.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission ("Staff') verified that the Company is registered as a Foreign Business
Corporation with the Idaho Secretary of State. Commission Staff reviewed the Company's
Application and recommended that the Commission issue an amended CPCN No. 536 to reflect
the Company's desired name of Oregon Telephone Corporation d/b/a Rally Networks.
JURISDICTION AND FINDINGS
The Commission has jurisdiction over CPCNs. IDAPA 31.01.01.114. Based on our review
of the Company's filing and Staff s recommendation, the Commission finds it appropriate to
amend CPCN No. 536 to reflect that the Company has changed its name to Oregon Telephone
Corporation d/b/a Rally Networks.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that CPCN No. 536 shall be amended to reflect that the CPCN
holder's name is Oregon Telephone Corporation d/b/a Rally Networks. An amended CPCN shall
be issued to reflect the new name.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order about any matter

decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration,
any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.Idaho Code §§ 61-626 and 62-619.
