Chinden Blvd Building 8 Suite 201A Boise, ID 83714 Re: Notice of Intent to Delay Filing Rocky Mountain Power's Annual Earnings Report Attention: Commission Secretary PacifiCorp d/b/a Rocky Mountain Power (the "Company") hereby provides notice to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission of its intent to delay filing the annual earnings report approximately one month from April 30th to June I". Order No. 29708 requires the Company to file annual earnings reports with the Commission. The order does not specify the due date of the report and Company practice has been to file the report by April 30th of each year. On March 15,2024,pursuant to Rules of Procedure 122 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, the Company filed a Notice of Intent to file a general rate case. Historically, when the Company has filed a general rate case the Results of Operations provided in the case are used to meet the annual earnings report requirement. The Company respectfully requests that the Results of Operation report filed in Case No. PAC-E-24-04 fulfill its requirement to file an annual earnings report for 2023.
