On March 26, 2024, the Commission issued Order No. 36120 in Case No. SMR-R-24-01.
The following changes should be made to Order No. 36120:

Based on the evidence before the Commission, and good cause appearing, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED that the Railroad shall appear before the Commission on April 11,
2023, at 11:00 A.M. (MDT)in the Commission's Hearing Room at 11331 W. Chinden
Blvd., Building #8, Suite 201-A, Boise, Idaho 83714, to show cause why the following
should not be required of the Railroad by summary order issued by the Commission:
