On March 24, 2024, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure, Notice of Virtual Public Hearing, and Notice of Telephonic Customer
Hearing. Order No. 36124. Order No. 36124 set a telephonic customer hearing for April 10, 2024,
at 11:00 A.M. (MST).
At the Commission's April 2, 2024, Decision Meeting, the Commission addressed a
recommendation to vacate the telephonic customer hearing currently set in this case and replace it
with an in-person customer hearing on the same date.
After further consideration,the Commission has decided to hold an in-person customer
meeting in Preston, Idaho. With this order, the Commission vacates the telephonic customer
hearing currently scheduled for April 10, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. (MST) and sets an in-person
customer hearing.
AMENDED NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct an in-person public
customer hearing in this matter on APRIL 10, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. (MST) at 1229 N. 8t` E.,
Preston, Idaho 83263 (the Elks Lodge). The purpose of the customer hearing is to receive
testimony from members of the public and customers of the Company regarding the Application.
Those planning to testify are encouraged to arrive at the hearing location by 12:45 P.M (MST) as
the hearing will conclude when it appears all customer testimony has been received. For those who
wish to call-in and listen only dial 1-800-655-0001 then enter the meeting number 2631 080 0497
when prompted(the Commission will not accept telephonic testimony).
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that any person needing special accommodations
to participate in the hearing noticed in this Order should contact the Commission for assistance.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the public telephonic customer hearing scheduled for
April 10, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. is vacated.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that an in-person public customer hearing will be held on
APRIL 10, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. (MST) at 1229 N. 811 E., Preston,Idaho 83263.
