PROPOSED SALE OF FALL WEST HOLDCO, LLC TO ENBRIDGE
QUAIL HOLDINGS, LLC; CASE NO. QST-G-23-01.
On March 27, 2024, the Commission issued a Notice of Application, Notice of Modified
Procedure, Notice of Virtual Public Workshop, and Notice of Customer Hearing, setting a
comment deadlines, a virtual public workshop on April 3, 2024, and a virtual customer hearing on
April 10, 2024.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Commission vacate the virtual customer hearing scheduled for
April 10, 2024, and issue an Amended Notice of Customer Hearing setting an in-person customer
hearing for the same date in Preston, Idaho.
