Dear Ms. Barrios-Sanchez:
On February 14, 2024, pursuant to Rule 122 of the Commission's Rules of Practice
and Procedure, Idaho Power Company filed a Notice of Intent to file a General Rate Case
or limited issue rate proceeding on or after June 1, 2024. After consultation earlier this
month with the parties to general rate case IPC-E-23-11, Idaho Power intends to file a
limited issue rate case proceeding in lieu of a full general rate case. Further, because June
1, 2024, falls on a Saturday, Idaho Power is filing this supplemental Notice that it intends
to make this filing on or after May 31, 2024.
This supplemental Notice has been distributed to parties listed below. Please
advise if there should be other parties added to this distribution.
