Hi Shubhra, The primary issue is our metering component. We have a combination of analogue and digital metering equipment and have had calibration and older equipment issues on and off.The metering at the lower reservoir is in a different location and independent of the well pump metering. Our staff have been aware and have done some minor adjustments periodically and we have replaced some of the equipment. To that end,we are in the process of upgrading more components and controls to provide better reporting consistency going forward. We hope to have this completed this summer/fall. Following your response to Prod. Req. No. 12, the Lower Reservoir Data (within "Front Side- Water" tab of Exhibit 7) should be the amount of water distributed to the system after treatment. And the "Front Side -Well Gals/Hrs" should refer to the water production prior to treatment. So, I summarized the annual totals from these two specific tabs in the table below as reported in Exhibit 7. It appears the amount of water being distributed is higher than the produced water. Can you please help me in understanding the difference between water distributed and water produced, and clarify the source of the excess water being distributed annually to the system compared to the annual production? I would appreciate your help with this. Thank you for your time. lower reservoir total well 4, 5, 6 total difference annual - [to distribution annual - [pump (gallons) after treatment] production before (gallons) treatment] (gallons) 2022 19,260,834 17,487,800 1,773,034 2021 15,550,224 14,475,100 1,075,124 2019 16,913,428 15,426,900 1,486,528 2018 19,201,729 16,768,200 2,433,529 -Shubhra Sincerely, Shubhra Deb Paul, Ph.
