We are writing to request a public hearing on the issues of the proposed water tate increased in
Blanchard Idaho.
We own two lots. One has a house on it and the other was for a potential spec home. With the
proposed rate increases it will be impossible for us to ever build on the other property that we
own, not to say that being on a fixed income the increase will cause a major impact on your
month-to-month bills.
We request that not only you have a public hearing but that as a state agency the water quality
is controlled.
