Re: Idaho Power Company’s Confidential Idaho Energy Efficiency Rider
Activity and Balance Report through February 2024
Dear Ms. Barrios-Sanchez:
As envisioned by Order No. 33736 issued in Case No. IPC-E-16-33, enclosed
please find Idaho Power Company’s Confidential Idaho Energy Efficiency Rider Activity
and Balance Report for the month-end February 2024. The Rider is a regulatory liability
account and as such, a negative balance indicates that the Rider has collected amounts
in advance of funding energy efficiency programs. Alternatively, a positive balance
indicates the Rider has funded energy efficiency programs in advance of collection.
As noted in the accompanying Certificate of Attorney, the enclosure contains
commercially sensitive and potentially material non-public information under Regulation
FD.
If you have any questions, please contact Quentin Nesbitt, Customer Research
and Analysis Leader, at 208-388-2519.
Very truly yours,
Connie Aschenbrenner
