SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY’S APPLICATION FOR
A DETERMINATION OF 2023 DEMAND-SIDE MANAGEMENT
EXPENSES AS PRUDENTLY INCURRED; CASE NO. IPC-E-24-11.

On March 15, 2024, Idaho Power Company (“Company”) applied for a determination that
$30,323,272 in Idaho Energy Efficiency Rider funds and $8,455,107 of demand response program
incentives, for a total of $38,778,379 were prudently incurred demand-side management expenses.
The Company requests the matter be processed by Modified Procedure.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline establishing a 21-day intervention period.
