CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
Schweitzer Water Company(the "Company") hereby respectfully submits to the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission (the "Commission") this Second Supplement to its Application filed
in the above-referenced case. This Second Supplement is intended to provide clarification on
matters contained in the Company's original Application, specifically clarifying the requested
service territories of the Company..
INTRODUCTION
The Company filed a Supplement to Application on March 20, 2024, wherein it provided
additional information notifying Commission staff that the Company would provide revised legal

descriptions of the requested service territory of the Company for the Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity("CPCN")requested in its original Application. The Company
wishes to draw the attention to staff that the system referred to as the "Schweitzer Water System"
in the following attachments refers to the "Resort Water System"described in previous filings
with the Commission.
SERVICE TERRITORY MAPS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
The Company submits the following revised maps and legal descriptions: Attached as
Exhibit 1 hereto are revised maps depicting (1) a high-level view of the requested service
territories of the Resort and Ridge Water Systems relative to the territories of Schweitzer Basin
Water Company and Spires Water Company and(2) individual maps depicting the requested
service territories for the Resort and Ridge Water Systems. Attached as Exhibit 2 are revised
versions of the legal descriptions for the Company's requested service territories for the Resort
and Ridge Water Systems. By filing this Second Supplement, the Company respectfully requests
that a CPCN granted by the Commission cover these service territories.

Beginning at the Center Quarter Corner of said Section 20, monumented with a 4 inch diameter
concrete monument with a 2 inch diameter brass cap marked "PLS 1947", from which the East
Quarter Corner bears South 89°51'25" East, 2693.97 feet;
Thence South 00°13'44" West, 1068.16 feet along the north-south center section line to the
southeasterly corner of Ski and Road Easement as shown on Crystal Springs Subdivision Block E,
