CDS StoneRidge Utilities, LLC., with this letter, is formally notifying the IPUC and both
intervenors in CDS StoneRidge Utilities, LLC.'s General Rate Case SWS-W-24-01 of our
opposition to Norman Semanko's legal representation of StoneRidge Property Owners
Association in this case before the IPUC.
This opposition is based upon Mr. Semanko's (of Parsons Behle & Latimer) prior legal
representation on behalf of Chan Karupiah and his interests. We ask the Commission to
deny Mr. Semanko's participation in this case.
