Request to Withdraw of Application for Approval of
Amendment to Interconnection Agreement
Dear Ms. Noriyuki:
We have recently been made aware of a pending merger between Electric Lightwave,
LLC and Zayo Group, LLC. In light of the pending action, and conversations with Commission
staff, Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC (“CenturyLink”) would like to withdraw its
Application for Approval of Amendment to Interconnection Agreement between CenturyLink
and Electric Lightwave, LLC which was submitted to the Commission for filing on August 16,
2023.
