PETITION FOR A WAIVER OF FCC THRESHOLD REQUIREMENTS
FOR NUMBERING RESOURCES IN IDAHO'S BOISE RATE CENTER;

On May 1, 2018, Qwest Corporation dba Centurylink QC ("Centurylink" or
"Company") filed an application, pursuant to IDAPA 31.01.01 .256, reqlesting a waiver of
certain FCC threshold requirements for the release of numbering resources. Centurylink
petitioned the Commission for review of the denial by the pooling administrator for the State of
Idaho, NeuStar, of CenturyLink's application for use of central office code numbering resources
in area code 208. Application at l.
On May 14, 2018, the Commission received correspondence from the Company
requesting that its Application be withdrawn.
Due to the Company's voluntary withdrawal, Case No. QWE-T-18-04 is now moot
and should be closed.
