CenturyLink for Waiver of FCC Threshold Requirements for Numbering Resources for Pocatello, Idaho.
Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC ("CenturyLink") requests that the Commission direct NeuStar to
release certain numbering resources to CenturyLink for the deployment of new technology to better serve
its customers. Specific information concerning this technology is identified in Confidential Attachments
A and B, which are filed under separate cover and with an Attorney's Certificate.
