The undersigned, David Byers, petitions the Commission for admission of the
undersigned, Chris Oatway, pursuant to Idaho Bar Commission Rule 222, for the purpose of the
above-captioned matter.
Chris Oatway certifies that he is an active member, in good standing, of the bar of
Virginia and, that he maintains the regular practice oflaw at the above-noted address, and that he
is not a resident of the State ofIdaho or licensed to practice in Idaho.
