undersigned, Judith A. Endejan, pursuant to Idaho Bar Commission Rule 222, for the purpose of
the above-captioned matter.
Judith A. Endejan certifies that she is an active member, in good standing, of the bar of
Washington State and, that she maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted address
and that she is not a resident of the State ofIdaho or licensed to practice in Idaho.
