Dear Ms. Barrios-Sanchez:
Pursuant to Order No. 35617 in Docket ZWL-T-22-01, Ziply Wireless, LLC dba Ziply Fiber shall provide three reports to the Commission with the number of basic local exchange customers and the services being offered. The third report, due November 20, 2023, was created but not
received by the Commission by the designated date due to an administrative error. Ziply Wireless currently has 359 customers receiving broadband service in the state of Idaho. These customers became part of Ziply Wireless through an acquisition in June of 2023. We did not have full access to the information at the time of our July 17, 2023 report but we have since identified these customers through the process of preparing for our upcoming Broadband Data Collection filing.
