Dear Interim Secretary Barrios-Sanchez,
This letter notifies the Commission that the Pro Forma Consolidation, as described in the
above-referenced Application was completed on December 31, 2023. As a result, Electric
Lightwave, LLC ceases to exist, and Zayo Group, LLC is the remaining entity that provides
services to Electric Lightwave’s customers. Further, as described in Order No. 35928,
Electric Lightwave’s CPCN is relinquished.
