SUBJECT: YMAX COMMUNICATIONS CORP., CASE NO. YMX-T-12-01
On December 31, 2012, YMax Communications Corp. filed an Application for
designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) for the purpose of receiving federal
low-income universal service support throughout the non-rural area of Idaho. On June 27 ,2013,
YMax requested that its Application be withdrawn without prejudice and the case closed.
Consequently, this case should now be closed.
