WWI-T-00-1 CERTIFICATE NO. 379 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is issued to Winstar Wireless, Inc., Certificate No. 379, to authorize Winstar to provide local telecommunications services, as a competitive local exchange carrier within the service territories of Qwest Corporation (formerly known as U S WEST Communications, Inc.) and GTE Northwest Incorporated in the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Winstar’s Certificate by Order No. 28454 issued August 8, 2000.
