IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, Certificate No. 334, is issued to Westel, Inc., a subsidiary of Albion Telephone Company. This Certificate authorizes Westel to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunications services, including basic exchange services, within parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Westels Certificate by Order No. 27166 issued October 20, 1997, issued in Case Nos. USW-T-97-17, COL-T-97-1, COU-T-97-1, DCL-T-97-1, FMT-T-97-1, FRE-T-97-1, PRJ-T-97-1, SAW-T-97-1, WTL-T-97-1 and Order No. 27252.
