Dear Weldon:
As discussed in our recent conference, subsequent to the filing of the Application in this
matter, WWC has undergone a change in corporate ownership and a resulting significant change
in its service area. In consequence it is necessary for WWC to gather additional information in
order to make a complete application and there are likely additional parties who would be
interested in the Application.
Accordingly, pursuant to IPUCRP 67 WWC withdraws its pending Application, without
prejudice to the right to file a new Application, after necessary information has been obtained and
potentially interested parties have been identified.
