CASE NO. WST-O4-
On March 25, 2004, WWC Holding Co., Inc. dba Cellular-OneQ!) (Western Wireless)
filed an Application for designation as a federal eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) in the
State of Idaho, which was assigned Case No. WST-04-1. Western Wireless amended its
Application on May 11 2004.
On February 17, 2005, Western Wireless filed a new Application for designation as a
federal eligible telecommunications carrier in the State of Idaho, which was assigned Case No.
WST - T -05-1. Western Wireless subsequently notified the Commission by letter that the new
Application replaced and superseded the earlier Application in Case No. WST-04-1. Western
Wireless accordingly stated that it has no objection to the Commission closing Case No. WST - T-
04-
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Case No. WST-04-, the initial Application filed
by WWC Holding Co.Inc. dba Cellular-OneQ!) for designation as a federal eligible
telecommunications carrier in the State of Idaho, is closed.
