On July 13,2020, Wired or Wireless, Inc. ("Company") applied for a Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity to provide resold and facilities-based basic local exchange
telecommunication services in Idaho.
THE APPLICATION
The Company is a Washington corporation authorized to do business in Idaho as a
foreign corporation. Application, Exhibit l. It plans to provide facilities-based and resold local
exchange telecommunication services to business and municipal customers. Application at 2.
Regarding interconnection agreements, the Company states it "will mirror the basic local calling
scopes" of the incumbent local exchange carriers where the Company operates. Id. at 3. The
Company plans to offer service in CenturyLink's service tenitory. Id.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staffrecommends the use of Modified Procedure with a 2l-day comment deadline and
7-day reply deadline.
