Dear Ms. Jewell:
Windstream NuVox, Inc. (Windstream), pursuant to Order No. 32339 in Case No. WNV-
T -11-01 and pursuantto the Legislature of the State of Idaho, Senate Bil No. 1156 of the First
Regular Session of 2011, which revised the Idaho Code in sections 62-606 and 62-622, and
became Law on July 1, 2011, is opting to not file a tariff with the Idaho PUC and has posted its
Idaho Price List No. 1 on the company website at
http://ww.windstream.com/companvltariffs.html.
Windstream also wishes to inform the Idaho PUC of a change in Company contact
information. The contact for price list and rate information is now:
