WMT-T-10-01 On November 17, 2010, WiMacTel, Inc. fied an Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN). The Company requested authority to provide facilities-based local exchange and resale interexchange services within the State of Idaho. After a preliminary review, Commission Staff determined that WiMacTel does not need a Certificate for the services that it plans to offer in Idaho. On December 1, 2010, the Company voluntarly withdrew its Application. Consequently, this case should now be closed. Weldon Stutzman Deputy Attorney General
