SUBJECT: WIMACTEL, INC.'S APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY, CASE NO. WMT-T-10-01
On November 17, 2010, WiMacTel, Inc. fied an Application for a Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN). The Company requested authority to provide
facilities-based local exchange and resale interexchange services within the State of Idaho. After
a preliminary review, Commission Staff determined that WiMacTel does not need a Certificate
for the services that it plans to offer in Idaho. On December 1, 2010, the Company voluntarly
withdrew its Application. Consequently, this case should now be closed.
