Dear Ms. Hanian:
i-wireless, LLC ("i-wireless") hereby provides notice of changes to its Lifeline offering in
accordance with changes in the Federal Communications Commission's minimum service standards,
set forth at 47 C.F.R. $ 54.408, effective December L,2017.
As summarized in Attachment A attached hereto, effective December 1,2017, i-wireless'
Lifeline customers receive 750 voice minutes, unlimited text messages, and 500 megabytes (MB) of
data at a net cost of $0.00 per month. Beginning February l, 201 8, this plan will only be available to
existing "Legacy" customers, and customers enrolling February 1, 2018 and after will have the
choice of a voice plan with 750 voice minutes, unlimited text messages, and 50 MB data, or a
broadband plan with 250 voice minutes, unlimited text messages, and I gigabyte (GB) of data. The
Tribal plan now includes 2 GB of data.
