i-wireless, LLC, ("i-wireless" or the "Company"), by and through its counsel, hereby
notifies the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") that it has mailed notice of its
Application for Limited Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier ("Application")
via United States Postal Service to the affected tribal government or regulatory authority for each
tribe located in any part of i-wireless' proposed service area in Idaho. The notice included a
cover letter, a copy of which is attached hereto, along with copies of the original Application in
