Pursuant to Idaho Code §62‐606, Windstream Communications, LLC (“Windstream”) hereby notifies the 
Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) of Windstream’s election to provide retail services on a 
detariffed basis; Windstream requests this election to become effective September 1, 2018.   

This request effectively cancels the following document currently on file with the Commission: 
Title 62 Price List, Idaho PUC Tariff No. 2 for Intrastate LD 

Windstream does not currently have any retail customers within the state of Idaho, so there is no bill 
message being distributed, or enclosed; should that change in the future, Windstream would post the 
rates, terms, and conditions of service specific to the state, online at http://www.tariffs.net/Windstream/.
