Enclosed please find the final temporar Service Qualty Measurements for Venzon Nortwest
Inc. Order No. 30483 in Case No. VZN-T-07-03 requires the Company to report monthy
". . . until such time as the Company reports it has instaed the new facilties to improve the
capacity of the Orofino microwave system." Venzon is notifyig the Commssion that
constrction is now complete.
There were a tota of 34 local service outages reported to the Company in the month of
September 2008 in the exchanges of Orofino, Peck, Pierce and Weippe. None of these local
service outages affected more than 10 customers. Eight of the 34 local services outages were not
restored withn 24 hours. Therefore, 8 customers received a credt for their basic local exchange
service for ths month.
