Dear Ms. Hal:
Enclosed are the temporar Service Qualty Measurments for Verion Nortwest Inc. for the
month of July 2008 as requird by Order No. 30483 in Case No. VZN-T-07-03.
There were a tota of 34 local service outages report to the Company in the month of July 2008
in the exchanges of Orofino, Peck, Pierce and Weippe. None of these local service outages
afecte more than 10 customers. Four of the 34 local services outages were not restored with
24 hour. Therefore, 4 customers received a credit for their basic local exchange service for ths
month.
