Subject: VERIZON NORTHT INC. SERVICE QUALIT REPORT -May OS.
Dear Ms. Hall:
Enclosed are the temporar Service Quality Measurments for Verizon Nortwest Inc. for the
month of May 2008 as required by Order No. 30483 in Case No. VZN-T-Q7-Q3.
There were a tota of 17 local service outages report to the Company in the month of May
2008 in the exchanges of Orofino, Peck, Pierce and Weippe. None of these local service outages
afecte more than 10 customers. Five of the 17 local services outages were not restored with
24 hour. Therefore, 5 customers reeived a credt for their basic local exchange service for ths
month.
