SUPPLEMENTAL COMMENTS
OF VERIZON NORTHWEST
INC.
On July 7, 2005, Verizon Northwest submitted a "Notice of Election" that it intended
to remove its telecommunications services currently price regulated under Title 61 and
have those services regulated under Title 62. The Company also indicated that it would
subsequently file "price lists" with the Commission to become effective August 8, 2005.
On July 28 2005 , Verizon informed Staff that a decision was made to notify
customers of the Company s intent to move from Tariff to Price List. Verizon will delay
submission of Price Lists until customer notification has been completed. The current
Commission approved tariffs will remain in place until that time.
