Verizon would like to correct the record concerning tariffed rales for Directory Connect
Plus and Local Directory Assistance Services in Washington and Oregon.
A Verizon customer calling 411 for Local Directory Assistance in Oregon would be
charged $.35 for each calt. A customer would then have the option of using Directory
Connect Plus to complete the call for an additional charge of5.35. The total charge for
using both services would be SO.70.
A Verizon customer calling 411 for Local Directory Assislance in Washington u~ould be
charged a rate of$0.95 for each call. Local Dir~tory Assislance also includes Directory
Connect Plus at no additional charge.
