We are particularly interested in exploring whether the relationship as presently structured inhibits market competition and fosters anti-competitive behavior. We would like to review existing record keeping and protocols established to maintain separation of functions between IGC and IGI Resources. We are also interested in established protocols and related records showing how inquiries from non-affiliate marketers are handled.
