Local Tariff, LP.C. No., reflecting an issue date of July 15, 2003 and an effective date of March 31 , 2004.See Attachment A for the tariff sheets. The purpose of this filing is to revise the provisioning of EAS by establishing two-way EAS for the Wallace and Mullan exchanges to the Coeur d'Alene exchange. The implementation date for this EAS change is March 31, 2004. The Company is in the process of deploying a new fiber route in order to provide this new EAS route and construction will not be completed until the end of the first quarter of 2004. The revenue impact of this filing is included in the attached support exhibits. The rate design for Wallace and Mullen were developed to match Kellogg/Pinehurst because they will have identical calling areas. The support exhibits are provided as confidential information and we request that this information will be treated in a proprietary manner.
