On May 22,2015,Vitcom LLC applied to the Commission for a Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)to provide facilities-based and local exchange services in
Idaho.For over two years,Staff has attempted to follow up on the Application with the
Company,and has received no response.On July 20,2017,Staff recommended that the case be
closed.
After reviewing the record,we note that this case has be inactive for over two years.
As the Company has not respond to requests for further information,it thus appears that the
Company no longer wishes to pursue the requested CPCN.Likewise,the Commission has
determined that it is appropriate to issue an Order dismissing the Application without prejudice
and closing Case No.VIT-T-15-01.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Case No.VIT-T-15-01 is dismissed without
prejudice and the case is closed.
