BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
On August 24,2020, Vclocity The Greatest Phone Company Ever, [nc. filed a request to
change is company name on Certificate No.492 that was issued in Case No. VGP-T-0941. The
new company name will be Velocity, A Managed Services Company,Inc. and was approved by
the Secretary of State on March 16,2020. The Company also included its local and long-
distance tariffs.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION AND COMMISSION DECISION
Staff has reviewed the Company's changes and recommends appmval. Does the
Commission agree?
