On December 28,2017, Vero Fiber Networks, LLC ("Vero" or'oCompany") filed an
application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity in order to provide competitive
local exchange services in Idaho. Application at 1. However, after informal communication
with Commission Staff and before public notice of the Application, the Company filed a letter on
February 7, 2018, stating that "[f]ollowing the filing of the Application, Vero Fiber determined
that it does not want to pursue business in Idaho at this time," thereby withdrawing its
Application. Letter of Withdrawal at l.
Due to the Company's voluntary withdrawal, Case No. VFN-T-17-01 is now moot
and should be closed.
