INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENTS BETWEEN TW WIRELESS LLC AND GTE NORTHWEST AND U S WEST
Recently Applications for approval of two wireless interconnection agreements were filed by TW Wireless LLC and GTE Northwest Inc., (Case No. GTE-T-00-1) and TW Wireless and U S WEST Communications, Inc. (Case No. USW-T-99-31). On January 19, 2000, the Commission issued a Notice of Joint Application and Notice of Modified Procedure in each case to process the Applications. Written comments were filed only by the Commission Staff in each case.
Staff reviewed the language in each agreement and determined that the terms and conditions are similar to the rates and terms approved by the Commission in other wireless interconnection agreements. Staff recommends that the interconnection agreement between TW Wireless and GTE be approved, and further recommends that the interconnection agreement between TW Wireless and U S WEST be approved.
