Staff filed on March 13, 2000, its testimony in Case No. USW-T-99-25/CTC-T-99-2, which included the testimony of Doug Cooley. Staff included information in the testimony and exhibits of Mr. Cooley that U S WEST regards as proprietary. As specified in this letter, please identify the portions of the testimony and exhibits as proprietary and protected from public disclosure pursuant to the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.
