AND INTERPAGE OF IDAHO, FOR A DECLARATORY ORDER AND RECOVERY OF OVERCHARGES FROM U S WEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) CASE NO. USW-T-99-24 ORDER NO. 28573 On November 14, 2000, Qwest Communications and the Petitioners filed a stipulation requesting additional time to engage in settlement negotiations. The parties seek an extension of time beyond November 16, 2000, the date on which the Commission must enter an order addressing the pending Petition for Reconsideration. Accordingly, the parties request an extension until November 30, 2000. Based on the stipulation filed by the parties and because settlement may obviate the need for further Commission action, an extension of time will be granted. O R D E R IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Qwest Corporation and the Petitioners are granted until November 30, 2000 for further settlement negotiations. If the parties on or before this date do not resolve this matter the Commission shall enter an order resolving the matter on Friday December 1, 2000.
