On August 20, 1999, Microserv Computer Technologies, Inc. filed a complaint against U S WEST Communications. On September 8, 1999, the Commission issued a summons directing U S WEST to file a written Answer or Motion in defense of the complaint within 21 days. On September 28, 1999, U S WEST filed a Motion requesting an extension of time in which to answer the complaint. In its Motion, U S WEST asserted that the complainant had no objection to extending the time to file an Answer until October 6, 1999. Given the agreement of the parties, the Commission finds it reasonable to grant an extension until October 6, 1999 for U S WEST to file an Answer to the complaint.

O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that U S WEST’s Motion for an Extension of Time is granted. The Company shall file an Answer to the complaint no later than October 6, 1999.
