NOTICE OF CONTINUED PREHEARING CONFERENCE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will reconvene a prehearing conference in this complaint on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 1999 AT 2:30 P.M. AT THE OFFICES OF THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION, 472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, BOISE, IDAHO. The purpose for this prehearing conference includes, but is not limited to, discussing and simplifying the issues, discussing the possibility of obtaining admissions of fact, discussing the need for and the scheduling of any prehearing dispositive motions, and identifying the dates for further conferences, oral argument or trial, if any.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all parties wishing to participate in the prehearing conference by telephone may submit a written request to the Commission Secretary, Idaho Public Utilities Commission, PO Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0074, no later than two working days prior to the date set for the prehearing conference. Parties making such a request will be informally notified prior to the prehearing conference whether their request has been granted by the Commission.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance of the kind that the Commission is obligated to provide under the Americans with Disabilities Act in order to participate in or to understand the testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing. The request for assistance must be received at least five (5) working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission Secretary at:
