RE:CASE NO. USW-T-98-22; JOINT APPLICATION OF U S WEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. AND ADVANCED TELECOM GROUP, INC. FOR APPROVAL OF INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT.
On November 16, 1998, U S WEST Communications, Inc. (U S WEST) and Advanced Telecom Group, Inc (ATG) filed a Joint Application for approval of Negotiated/Arbitrated Terms of Agreement for Interconnection, Resale and Unbundled Elements between U S WEST and ATG. The companies claim the agreement was reached through voluntary negotiations. Staff recommends that this Joint Application for approval of the Interconnection Agreement between U S WEST and Net-Tel be processed by Modified Procedure, with a 14-day comment period.
