Subject:Termination of Resale Agreements in the State of Idaho
The tenns of the Resale Agreements (Agreements) l?etween Qwest and the following
Companies have expired. Qwest has allowed the expIred Agreements to be valid on a
month-to-month basis. However, Qwest's records indicate that these Companies are
currently not purchasing services or facilities under the Agreements.
Qwest has tried to notify the Companies of our intention to re-negotiate or terminate the
Agreements. The notification sent to the Company via certified mail, was returned
undeliverable. Other searches for a mailing location or contact point for this Companies
was also unsuccessful. Qwest hereby provides notification to the Connnission that Qwest
has terminated the Agreements.
