RE:CASE NOS. USW-T-98-13, USW-T-98-14 AND USW-T-98-16; APPROVAL OF INTERCONNEC­TION AGREEMENTS BETWEEN U S WEST AND DAKOTA SERVICES, LTD, CLARK COMMUNICATIONS, AND PROJECT MUTUAL COOPERATIVE TELEPHONE ASSOCIATION, INC.
The Commission recently issued Notices of Application and Notices of Modified Procedure in Case Nos. USW-T-98-13, USW-T-98-14, USW-T-98-16.  Each case involves an interconnection agreement between U S WEST and a separate company, and each agreement was submitted for approval pursuant to Section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.  In each case, only the Commission Staff filed written comments during the comment period, recommending approval of each interconnection agreement.
The interconnection agreements are between U S WEST and the following companies:
1.  Case No. USW-T-98-13; Dakota Services, LTD.  Staff filed written comments on October 29, 1998, recommending approval of the interconnection agreement.
2.  Case No.  USW-T-98-14; Clark Communications.  Staff filed written comments on October 29, 1998, recommending approval of the interconnection agreement.
3.  Case No. USW-T-98-16; Project Mutual Cooperative Telephone Association, Inc.  Staff filed written comments on October 29, 1998, recommending approval of the interconnection agreement.
Commission Decision
Should the interconnection agreements in Case Nos. USW-T-98-13, USW-T-98-14, and USW-T-98-16 be approved?
