CASE NO. USW-T-98-4
ORDER NO. 27991
On April 1, 1999, Rocky Mountain Communications, Inc. (RMC) and U S WEST Communications filed a Stipulation and Joint Motion for Dismissal of RMC’s complaint against U S WEST. The Stipulation recited that the parties had entered into a Settlement Agreement. Consequently, the parties requested that the Commission issue an Order dismissing the complaint against U S WEST.
Based upon the agreement of the parties, we find it is just and reasonable to grant the parties’ Motion for Dismissal.
