Case No. USW-T-98-1 Interconnection Agreement between
Western Paging I Corporation and Western Paging II Corporation
and U S WEST Communications
On February 11, 1998, U S WEST Communications, Inc. (U S WEST) and Western Paging I and Western Paging II (collectively Western) filed an Application for approval of an interconnection agreement arrived at through voluntary negotiations.  The Agreement is a paging interconnection agreement and is submitted for approval pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 252(e) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended by the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the Act).
This Minute Entry is to close the above-designated case. The parties will be notified by the Commission Staff that the interconnection agreement has been deemed approved by operation of law (47 U.S.C. 252(e)(4)).
Therefore, said formal file may now be closed.
